Stipend Monthly Our client is excited to offer a 12-month Contact Centre Learnership NQF 3 specifically designated for candidates with disabilities. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience in a supportive and inclusive environment. The successful candidates will need to have completed Matric with Maths/Maths Lit and will need to reside in the Johannesburg or Pretoria Region
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend and actively participate in the 12-month learnership program.
- Complete all required assessments and assignments within the specified timelines.
- Engage in theoretical and practical training sessions related to the NQF Level 3 Learnership program.
- Collaborate with fellow learners and trainers to enhance the learning experience.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning and acquiring new skills in a contact centre environment.
- The learnership will include a comprehensive training curriculum covering contact centre operations and relevant industry-specific skills.
- Regular assessments and feedback sessions will be conducted to monitor progress.
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
- Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive learning environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Punctual and reliable.
