Job Description

The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs and deliver first class customer service in an omni channel Contact Centre environment. A key success measure will be the ability to assist clients with bookings and facilitate the payment process for services offered by Marie Stopes South Africa.

APPLICANTS WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE MEDICAL/ HEALTHCARE FIELD WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS



Flexible Working Hours between 07:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 13:00 Saturdays - Based on business needs.

You are Pro-Choice. National Senior Certificate (Matric) Formal Call Centre Experience (advantageous) Fluent in English and a 2nd language which must be an official South African language Proficient in MS Office Suite applications Experience working on booking software (advantageous) Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening, writing)
Fixed Term Contract basis

Pay: Up to R8500,00 per month

High School (matric) (Required)
Experience:

Call Centre: 2 years (Required) Medical Aid Administration: 2 years (Preferred) Healthcare field: 2 years (Preferred)
