What you'll be doing:

• Lead with Strategy: Develop and execute impactful consumer marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
• Innovate Digitally: Own our digital platforms and content, running high-performance campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social) that drive engagement and results.
• Deeply Understand Consumers: Utilise consumer insights, research, and data analytics to map the consumer journey and create loyalty-building interventions.
• Collaborate and Influence: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and aligned messaging.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to SAHPRA and ASA codes.

What you'll need:

• Experience: 3-5 years in a consumer brand management role, with a strong track record of success in the digital space. Experience in the FMCG or OTC industries is a big plus.
• Education: A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Skills: Expertise in digital marketing, consumer insights, social media management, and campaign execution.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or case studies that demonstrate your success and the results you've achieved.
