Job Title: Consulting Applications Intern
Location: Woodmead, South Africa
Program Duration: This internship is a 12-month program starting 1 April 2025.
Eligibility: This internship is open to graduates who have not previously participated in an internship or held a permanent role for over 12 months.
In line with our obligations under the Employment Equity Act 1998, preference will be given to candidates from designated groups

Purpose of the Role
The Consulting Applications Intern will be developed into a skilled and well-rounded consultant specializing in Human Capital Management Cloud (HCM). This position offers an opportunity to gain theoretical knowledge and apply this knowledge practically through various projects and tasks.
What you will do

• Gathering business requirements.
• Building consensus around business processes and design.
• Communicating Oracle's HCM capabilities.
• Maintaining consistent rapport with client experts.
• Designing and configuring the Oracle HCM application solution.
• Acquiring various certifications as part of the job.
• Enhancing foundational knowledge through certifications.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: B.Com in Human Resources
• Desirable Qualification: B.Com in Human Resources (Honors)

• Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic.
• Initiative and a passion for learning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with advanced presentation abilities.
• Ability to understand and support the organization's mission and goals.
