Job Description
MegaEtch is looking for a skilled
ERP Consultant / IT Technician
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, ERP solutions, and technical support. Experience withSyspro ERP
is an advantage.Responsibilities:
Implement, support, and optimize
ERP (Syspro)
solutions. ProvideIT technical support
and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Assist with system upgrades, configurations, and maintenance. Train users on ERP functionalities and IT best practices. Travel occasionally for on-site support and system implementations.Requirements:
Degree in BCom IT or Information Systems
. Experience withSyspro ERP
(advantageous). Strong technical problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and travel when required.Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
