Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Managed Services Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with property management and accounting systems, providing vital support to our delivery team. This role is essential for evaluating clients' environments and ensuring they are properly configured to enable managed service outsourcing functions.
The Consultant will be recognised as an expert in MRI QPM and its best practice application. Utilising expertise in property management, accounts, and consultancy, the Consultant will assist both new and existing clients, enabling the commencement of managed services and supporting the delivery team in resolving any issues that may arise.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with setting up MRI users on client's QPM environments. Review internal issues raised by the delivery team and provide the relevant guidance e.g. if the user is encountering an error message, troubleshoot to understand and find the root cause and liaise with the other departments as necessary e.g. Support, Product Development or App Admin. Act as an internal system administrator for the team to help build & amend custom reports, import templates and workflows. Investigating and resolving issues that prevents the delivery team from carrying out their processes e.g. mail merge generating a blank template. Carry out a system review to understand how QPM is configured and provide a report on items that should be highlighted to the delivery team. Review release notes and highlight areas worth exploring with the dedicated managed services trainer. Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement. Assist leadership team with special projects, operating mechanisms, initiatives for the Managed Services organisation. Review client process guides (created by the delivery team) to advise if there are more efficient ways to produce the same output. Be the main liaison between MRI departments i.e. MS, PS, Support, Product etc. Understanding of database schema and how tables are linked together. Ability to configure scheduled tasks and outputs - e.g. Automated demand generation, stakeholder or investor reporting. Assist with UAT testing of new product updates against documented client processes & assisting with managing the upgrade process to keep them current. Understand the impact of integrations, both MRI - SLM, Evolution, Engage, and external - Fixflo, Dwellant etc, with their configuration options that impact Qube PM. Understanding of internal MRI systems for issue tracking - Salesforce, Servicenow, Jira.

Skills and KnowledgeMust have knowledge of QPM, ideally from a technical and configuration perspective. Ideally looking for 5+ years' experience. Ideally have knowledge of best practices of property management and accounting business processes in QPM.
