Job Description

MRI is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for the property industry and technology. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and advancing MRI's property management software solutions across North America's leading commercial, residential, and retail property companies.
This position involves hands-on engagement with clients, delivering exceptional client service through system implementation, training, and ongoing support. You'll be part of an innovative and collaborative team environment that values growth, learning, and a genuine passion for real estate technology.
Please note: This role works in accordance with North American hours (Eastern Time).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and drive project implementations, ensuring effective deployment of MRI property software solutions.
Manage multiple property projects simultaneously, maintaining clear priorities and deadlines.
Ensure all project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and meet required quality standards.
Keep client stakeholders and decision-makers informed of project progress, risks, and next steps.
Participate in project close-off meetings with clients and facilitate smooth handovers to the support team for ongoing assistance.
Provide training services to new and existing clients on MRI property management solutions.
Deliver training on new product releases and feature enhancements, helping clients leverage new capabilities effectively.
Offer consultancy services to assist clients in optimizing system use for lease administration, facilities management, accounting, and reporting.
Provide product application support to existing clients, ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
Assist with analyzing and resolving complex support queries, particularly those related to property workflows and data
Knowledge & Skills
Background in property management, real estate technology, or proptech systems would be ideal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of property operations and financial processes.
Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in managing time and maintaining accountability for deliverables.
Own reliable transport and willingness to travel locally (and occasionally abroad).
Ideally 1-2 years of experience in the property, software, or technology sector.
