What will you do?
Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Consultant to support the Glacier Partners team with both operational and reporting needs. In addition, this role will play a key role in onboarding new intermediaries, handling contract-related queries, and ensuring partner processes run smoothly and efficiently. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working across data, processes, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Outcomes
Service and Support: Facilitate intermediary contracting processes for Glacier Partners under the Glacier Partners master agreement
Sanlam Sanpay liaison
General administrative support
Coordinate and execute the Financial Services Provider (FSP) bulk transfer process
Manage MANCO approvals and coordinate the full fund loading process, ensuring all steps are delivered within SLA
Facilitate and manage the onboarding and approval of Third-Party Managers (TPMs) and Discretionary Fund Managers (DFMs) onto the Glacier Partners Platform
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and Glacier Partners stakeholders
Co-ordinate, maintain and implement SLAs with all relevant stakeholders with regards to reporting and administrative support
Collaborate closely with Glacier IT Operations and the Sanlam REMS team to ensure operational efficiency across business areas
Lead and support various ad hoc projects as required
Reporting: Manage data provisions for Glacier partners team
Compile regular reporting
Glacier Business Intelligence (BI system) super user for Glacier Partners
Glacier Hub adoption reporting
Explore opportunities to streamline and enhance reporting
Qualifications and Experience
B-Com and/or related tertiary management qualification/s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2 to 4 years' experience in operations, reporting, or consulting (financial services advantageous)
Exposure to intermediary onboarding and contract management preferred.
Strong Excel skills; knowledge of BI/reporting tools an advantage

Qualification and Experience
Degree or Diploma with 3 to 4 years related experience.
