Construction Regional Programme Manager: Sustainability

Minimum requirements and experience:

Degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
Membership at SACPCMP would be highly advantageous.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Project/Program Management with substantial multi-discipline building projects.
Substantial experience with hospital building projects.

Responsibilities:

Construction projects as per the company's sustainability strategy, based on replacement on heat pumps, PV plants and hot water plants.
Turn-key projects
Responsible for overall project planning and implementation on a program management level and smaller construction projects on a project management level.
Manage the interface between the Project sponsor/owner and the project teams
Developing projects for approval
Successful delivery of the project.
Monitor projects and programme
Financial budgets and cost control
Project and Programme Management
Risk Management
