Requirements:

Bachelorxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in renewable energy (solar PV, wind, BESS).
Prior experience in an Ownerxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s Engineer or EPC oversight role strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of utility-scale renewable energy construction practices and standards.
Knowledge of permitting, interconnection, and environmental compliance requirements.
Proficient in project management tools and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel to and be based on project sites as required.

Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), SACPCMP or ECSA accredited.
