Construction Project Manager

Job Description
Midvaal Structures is looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on earthworks, brickwork, and structural steel. This role requires a well-organized individual with excellent leadership, technical, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage multiple construction projects Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, and site staff Oversee budgets, timelines, procurement, and contract compliance Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and construction regulations Conduct site visits and provide guidance to foremen and teams Track project progress and report to company management Solve technical and logistical challenges throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management Solid background in
earthworks, brickwork, and structural steel projects
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills Proficient in reading plans, managing timelines and budgets Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Must be solution-driven and detail-oriented Preference will be given to candidates based inJohannesburg South

Pay: R20000,00 - R30000,00 per month
