Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for one (1) qualified and SACPCMP-registered Construction Project Manager to manage a major project in KwaZulu-Natal. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate project teams and resources, monitor schedules and budgets, and mail. Basic Function / Key Responsibilities: o Lead, plan, and manage all on-site construction activities o Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones o Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standard o Track progress on the construction schedule and report regularly to senior management o Manage site logistics, workforce allocation, and resource planning o Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies o Resolve on-site issues efficiently to minimize impact on timelines or budget o Represent the company in client and stakeholder meetings when required Qualifications & Experience: o Registration with SACPCMP as a Construction Project Manager CMP (proof of registration required) Additional Requirements: o Willingness to work and be based in Kwazulu-Natal for the duration of the project o Minimum 5-10 years of Project management experience on large-scale infrastructure projects o Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills o Proficient in project management tools, reporting, and scheduling o Excellent knowledge of construction health and safety regulations Mandatory requirements: o Must have a valid driving licence.
