Job Title:

Junior / Mid-Level Project Manager (Construction)

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated

Junior / Mid-Level Project Manager

with proven experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate multiple projects from initiation to completion. Ensure all deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are met. Prepare, update, and submit project programs using

Microsoft Project or similar software

. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking. Monitor budgets, resources, and schedules to keep projects on track. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and assist with contractual correspondence. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining flexibility in approach. Promote a culture of teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement. Strong emphasis on working independently

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience

in project management within a recognized construction company. Strong knowledge of project management processes and contractual matters (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC or similar advantageous). Proficiency in

Microsoft Project

or similar planning software. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with attention to detail. Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential).

Pay: R25000,00 - R40000,00 per month

License/Certification:
