As a Project Manager on the Construction team, working remotely in either South Africa or Egypt, youxe2x80x99ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.What Youxe2x80x99ll be Doing - The Construction Project Manager will utilize their multi-faceted skill sets to lead projects related to the design and construction of new and existing sites and will manage vendor relationships and multiple internal business partnerships. The role could involve up to 50% travel and will require strong, proactive, problem solving along with excellent, effective written and verbal communication skills.You'll report to the Director of Construction. The Project Manager is a critical role in ensuring the construction team delivers well designed, efficient spaces, seamless execution of construction, and a direct line of communication and coordination between the variety of disciplines involved in the projects.During a Typical Day, Youxe2x80x99llEstablish and maintain a master schedule and benchmarks for each projectEstablish and maintain the project budgetCoordinate, set-up and participate in program planning meetings and manage metric information for KPIxe2x80x99s for the delivery of the programWork with Finance to ensure proper initial planning documents are completed and assist with monthly project and GREO compliance to budget and forecasting needsPossess the ability to assess existing site/building conditions, plans and criteria to determine scope of work and/or identify challenges or obstacles associated with Capital Improvement projects in the existing Customer Service Centers throughout the regionManage multiple resources and disciplines within a given project, adhering to strict timelines and budgetsWork with internal partnerships to create solutions for new and existing sitesDefine and execute design through concept and space planning methods and documentationWhat You Bring to the RoleBA/BS or equivalent experienceConstruction Estimating experience is necessaryExperience with CAD and reading drawings and floor plansKnowledge of space planning and designExtensive knowledge of project management techniques5+ years of commercial real estate project management experienceKnowledge of construction methods and facilities process and executionExcellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with a variety of customer typesCreative problem-solving skillsEssential time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasksExcellent organization methodsStrong and effective leadership skillsPossess xe2x80x9cout of the boxxe2x80x9d and forward thinking thought processAbout TTECOur business is about making customers happy.
