We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager (furnace repair) registered with SACPCMP to oversee and manage complex furnace repair projects within industrial environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in refractory work, shutdown planning, and high-temperature equipment maintenance. This role will be based in Springs, Gauteng.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of furnace repair projects from planning to execution.
• Ensure compliance with SACPCMP regulations and site safety standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and safety officers.
• Oversee procurement, scheduling, and quality control for furnace-related works.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.

Qualification and Skills Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• ACPCMP Registration as a Construction Manager (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in furnace repairs or refractory construction.
• Proven track record in managing shutdowns and high-risk mining / industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
