Job Description
Civil construction company seeks a Construction Manager /Site Agent
Location: Paarl
R 40 000 pm - R 60 000 pm
Key Requirements:
- PLANNING
- MAN-MANAGEMENT
- PLANT MANAGEMENT
- MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
- COST MANAGEMENT
- CONTRACTUAL MANAGEMENT
- PUBLIC RELATIONS
- ECSA or SACPCMP registration (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software (MS Project)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods (SANS 1200/GCC)
- Proven civil construction project management experience (pipelines, earthworks,
- roads, concrete works)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (English/Afrikaans)
- Valid drivers license
BEng / BSc / BTech / ND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in construction management on civil projects
