Job Description


Minimum qualification, skills, and experience:

  • BSc / BTech in Civil Engineering
  • 3 years Professional Registered with SACPCMP
  • 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Construction Management
  • Strong supervision and management skills
  • Excellent in site/project administration, sub-contractorsxe2x80x99 relation and management.
  • Proficient in MS projects, MS Office
  • Good client relations.
  • Tracking of master program and reporting on the program.
  • Excellent planning skills xe2x80x93 procurement, subcontractors, etc
  • Good labour relations and management
  • Handle routine contract administration including enforcing site Health and Safety requirements.
  • Must have a driving licence and driving experience, own vehicle will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and report writing skills Analytical thinker and innovative.
  • Self-starter who solves problems with little to no guidance.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong Project Management Skills
