Minimum qualification, skills, and experience:

BSc / BTech in Civil Engineering
3 years Professional Registered with SACPCMP
10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Construction Management
Strong supervision and management skills
Excellent in site/project administration, sub-contractorsxe2x80x99 relation and management.
Proficient in MS projects, MS Office
Good client relations.
Tracking of master program and reporting on the program.
Excellent planning skills xe2x80x93 procurement, subcontractors, etc
Good labour relations and management
Handle routine contract administration including enforcing site Health and Safety requirements.
Must have a driving licence and driving experience, own vehicle will be an added advantage.
