Job Description
A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (PrCM - SACPCMP certified) to oversee and deliver multiple high-value building projects across the Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall construction activities from planning to completion.
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor project teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Enforce compliance with contractual, legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams and junior staff.
- PrCM SACPCMP Certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 15 years' experience in managing large building projects.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering contracts of significant value.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent.
