We are looking for your expertise as a Construction Manager responsible for managing day-to-day site operations on marine construction projects. This includes coordinating teams, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results in line with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations. This role is based in based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities including dredging, piling, concrete works, revetments, and marine logistics.
• Implement project execution plans and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Lead site teams including foremen, engineers, and marine crews.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with scope and quality standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols in line with maritime regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are in place.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and resource usage.
• Support project managers with updates on milestones, delays, and corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Dredging, civil, mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Dredging / marine construction industry, of which at least 9 years in leading marine infrastructure projects.
