Job Summary Holobye Trading 2 (Pty) Ltd is currently looking for Construction Manager Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree or Higher Degree in Civil Engineering *Registered with ECSA and/or SACPCMP Duties: Planning and Scheduling: Develop work schedules, plan project timelines, and coordinate all construction processes to meet design specifications and deadlines. Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates, set budgets, and monitor expenses to keep the project within budget. Resource Management: Coordinate and procure necessary materials, equipment, and labour. Staff and Subcontractor Management: Hire, supervise, and manage staff and subcontractors, ensuring their activities are coordinated and efficient. Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of work, conduct inspections, and ensure that the final product meets quality standards and client expectations.
