Construction Manager Wanted!

As a Construction Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, overseeing multiple construction teams, site supervisors, and the successful execution of projects. Your role will encompass:

Team Management: Lead and inspire multiple construction teams to achieve project excellence.

Supervisor Oversight: Ensure site supervisors are equipped and aligned for project success.

Logistics Mastery: Efficiently manage project materials and logistics for seamless operations.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project plans with precision.

Deadline-Driven: Thrive under pressure, driving deliverables to meet project plan deadlines.

Client Relations: Nurture client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.

Seamless Sequencing: Strategically plan construction sequences for maximum efficiency.

Quality Control: Enforce on-site quality standards, maintaining top-notch workmanship.

Design Implementation: Oversee the seamless implementation of plant designs for optimal results.

Staff Support: Provide vital management and support to our dedicated team.

Progress Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed with detailed on-site progress reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

Hold a degree/diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

A Btech qualification is a valuable asset.

Possess 2-5 years of construction experience, with Solar PV expertise being highly regarded.

Maintain a valid driver's license for site visits and coordination.

Bring prior construction management experience to the table.

Demonstrate proficiency in site logistics, stock, and process management.

Showcase experience in implementing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices.
