Our client is looking for a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and deliver building projects across Gauteng. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels in leading site teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring construction excellence from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Lead and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient and safe site operations.
Interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans, ensuring strict compliance throughout construction.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders, providing accurate reporting and updates.
Enforce health and safety protocols across all site activities.
7+ years experience in the construction industry with a strong focus on building projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use).
Proven experience managing medium to large construction sites.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple site activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
