With a strong commitment to structured processes and adaptability, we set the benchmark for project success.Job Duties:Oversee and manage all construction activities on the mining siteEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsCoordinate and schedule construction tasks and resourcesMonitor progress and quality of workCollaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholdersPrepare and update project schedules and budgetsResolve any issues or delays that may arise during constructionCommunicate progress updates to senior managementRequired Qualifications:Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldProven experience as a Construction Manager in the mining industryExcellent knowledge of construction processes and regulationsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience:10 years in construction management,5 years of experience in miningProven experience managing large-scale construction projects within the mining sector, including both open-pit and/or underground operations.Knowledge and Skills:Thorough understanding of construction processes and regulationsStrong leadership and communication skillsProject management expertiseAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
