Construction Manager-Concrete
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have Diploma in Civil Engineering.
NB: Must have minimum 7 years of experience in the pipeline for irrigation and/or water supply projects with total of minimum 30 km and minimum diameter 1500mm
Must have 10 years of experience in civil work, water reticulation, pump station, bulk and wastewater, design of water infrastructure, contract management, quality monitoring, report writing, and tender documentation.
Must have experience in the compilation of technical reports, business plans and project management.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Must have experience in managing GCC, JBCC and NEC Contracts and dealing with claims
Must have a valid Code B (08) driver's license.
Must be willing to relocate to Swaziland.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R170,00 - R390,00 per hour
Work Location: In person
