Job Description
- Responsible for Site EHS, Quality, Admin, Organisational and Client Specifications.
National Diploma or B Tech or B Eng or BSc in Engineering
7 Yearsxe2x80x99 Experience in Mining or Power Station Projects.
Experience of Supervising artisans and sub-contractors with proven ability manage schedule, people and cost of projects.
Medically Fit in terms of SHE Act.
5 Years Construction Management Experience with contactable references.
Management Diploma
Computer Literate (MS Office Suit and Knowledge of Primavera P6) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and applications.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Project: Turnkey Project installation of 7 fans (Seam 2 xe2x80x93 4 Fans & Seam 4 xe2x80x93 3 Fans) on a Mine
Includes Civil Construction for Fans, E-Houses and Transformers. Mechanical Erection of Fans and Installation of EC&I Including E-House. 2 Seams will be done back to back.
Construction duration is 12 months with likelihood of extension to end of 2024.

Require a strong individual who will be able to manage construction works in harsh conditions working in open pit and managing various contractors on site.
- Manage the construction process in totality, including project administration requirements, production orders, quality plan implementation, Scope execution, Deviations, Databooks, supervisor reports, site documentation and related project information as per procedures and standards required.
- List item number 2: Manage, Monitor and Control: project planning & progress, Client Communication, labour requirements, Sub-Contractors, Engineering and head office interfacing. The works pertains to Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation as well as commissioning activities. Ensure timeous and cost efficient completion of the works to the required quality standard and EHS requirements
- Management of resources:
- Interface with labour suppliers for the provision staff with the correct skills, to be placed on customer sites to perform the allocated work
- Oversee the management of the labour from the labour supplier and manage performance and/or behavioural issues, including discipline where required.
