Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple construction teams efficiently.
• Supervising site supervisors to ensure project success.

• Overseeing project material and logistics, ensuring smooth operations.

• Driving deliverables to meet deadlines according to the project plan.

• Establishing and maintaining positive client relationships.

• Creating and executing project build sequencing.

• Implementing on-site quality control measures.

• Assisting with plant design implementation.

• Managing, supporting, and motivating project staff.

• Providing regular reports on site progress to the management team.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (Btech preferred).

• 2 to 5 years of construction work experience, with a preference for Solar PV experience.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Previous experience in construction management.

• Proficiency in site logistics, stock and process management.

• Experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) implementation.

• Strong team management abilities.
