Construction Manager

Job Description
To manage renewable construction contracts on-site, liaising with Project Manager, client, sub-contractors, landowners and other affected parties, coordinating all aspects of the works so that the project is completed in line with the contract requirements, within budget and on time.
Responsibilities
- Manage the construction sites
- Monitor and drive construction progress, ensuring milestones are achieved and reporting to senior management.
- Oversee works to ensure alignment with design, technical specifications, and industry standards.
- Manage subcontractors, organize weekly project meeting, record project progress and problem solving progress, sort out meeting minutes and send to project manager and client.
- Identify site risks and implement practical mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective collaboration across all disciplines.
- Degree in Construction Management
- 5-7years' experience in construction management
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project,
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
