Job Description
This is an ideal opportunity to harness your joinery expertise and Project Management skills in a creative environment. As a Joinery Estimator, you'll play a critical role in managing the full costing lifecycle of joinery and fit-out projects, from concept to completion. Your work will directly impact tender wins, project budgeting, and on-site execution.
- National Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, QS, or related
- Minimum 3-5 years' in Joinery, Interior fit-out or Shop-fitting estimating
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in creating accurate BOQs and quantity lists for material ordering
- Prepare competitive, detailed tenders and client proposals.
- A good understanding of budgeting, cost control and project lifecycles.
- Knowledge of timber, furniture, and drywalling
