Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints (Existing property)
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
- Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Maintain clean and safe sites
- Report progress to managers
- Plumbing and repairs (Geyser, pipes, leaks)
- Tiling and waterproof
- Plaster and brick laying
- Carpenting skills
- Roof Trusses, sheets, Fascia Boards
- Painting and general maintenance
- Valid Drivers due to a Company vehicle
- English and Afrikaans
