RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our client's team. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution
• Supervise and coordinate sub-contractors, ensuring all work is performed to the highest quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed construction plans, budgets, and schedules
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
• Manage and maintain all construction-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, with a strong track record of successfully managing construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, sub-contractors, and team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
