Job Description
Midvaal Structures is seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Foreman to oversee site operations across our earthworks, brickwork, and structural steel projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering work on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities and crews Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations Monitor progress and provide daily reports to the project manager Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractors on site Resolve site-related issues and troubleshoot delays or disruptions Maintain quality control and ensure construction meets required standards
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction, with strong exposure to
earthworks, brickwork, and structural steel
Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage teams effectively Preference will be given to candidates based inJohannesburg South

Pay: R15000,00 - R20000,00 per month
