The Role: We are seeking a highly competent and self-motivated Construction Foreman to take full ownership of our building sites. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of managing projects independently from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality, and maintaining excellent communication with our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: o Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. o Coordinate and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel. o Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, providing regular, clear progress updates and maintaining strong, professional relationships. o Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution. o Proactively solve on-site challenges and manage project logistics, including materials and equipment. o Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively and maintain composure under pressure. Requirements and Qualifications: o Must be fully bilingual and professionally fluent in both Afrikaans and English. o Proven, hands-on experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar senior supervisory role. o In-depth knowledge of all aspects of a construction site, including procedures, building codes, and safety standards. o Strong leadership skills with the ability to run a project autonomously. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client expectations. o Highly organized, punctual, and professional in all conduct. o Experience working on high-end Residential Houses only is essential. o Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites, projects across Gauteng and Outer City's if needed What We Offer: o Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 per month. o The salary is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. o An opportunity to lead prestigious projects and grow within a professional team.
