We're Hiring! Construction Foreman - Alberton, Gauteng
Our company is seeking a highly skilled Construction Foreman to take charge of site operations on our residential development project in Alberton. This is a 12-month contract-based role with the option to extend. Immediate start.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years proven experience as a construction foreman (20+ years advantageous).
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Proven ability to manage multi-discipline subcontractors and maintain schedules.
Responsibilities:
Take full control of site operations and construction activities.
Order and manage materials and stock.
Lead and coordinate all subcontractor teams.
Keep projects on schedule while managing costs and ensuring quality.
Location: Alberton, Gauteng
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Term: 12 months, renewable
