Construction Contracts Manager - Matla, Mpumalangacreate, analyse, negotiate and execute an array of contracts for various projectsBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, clients and other business connectionsMaintain contract-related documents and correspondencePresent contracts information to the relevant parties and other stakeholdersoversee quality control and project completion phases/schedules to ensure that construction is executed in line with agreed construction programs and contractensure overall compliance of the requirements of the occupational health and safety act in liaison with a construction safety officerMinimum RequirementsStrictly BTech/B.Sc degree EngineeringCertificate in contract management is advantageousProfessional Registration is advantageousGood Contractual acumen and management competency and experiencePossess the knowledge of estimating, planning and costing controlling associated with the project and work closely with the project team and internal departmentsStrictly a minimum 10 years of experience required in contracts management of general building construction, hospital related construction and renovations, housing and high-rise buildings and civil related contractsremarkable people and contract management skillsStrictly a strong understanding and implemantation of NEC3 GCC and JBCC Contractscomfortable in the use of Microsoft packages and ( other Project Management Software)Remarkable people and contracts management skillsJob Type: ContractContract length: 12 monthsSalary: From R50,000.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 2022/03/25Expected Start Date: 2023/08/15
