We're seeking a Consolidation Manager to oversee the monthly consolidation of financial statements and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders. This role involves managing statutory income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial operations, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in group consolidations, financial reporting, and IFRS, with experience in ERP systems such as D365.

Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and present findings to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with the D365 Reporting team to implement a cash flow statement within D365. Maintain an Intercompany matrix to identify and correct elimination issues. Support the YNV Group in the implementation and adoption of the D365 Consolidation tool. Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and present findings to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with the D365 Reporting team to implement a cash flow statement within D365. Maintain an Intercompany matrix to identify and correct elimination issues. Support the YNV Group in the implementation and adoption of the D365 Consolidation tool. Develop deep expertise in D365 Consolidation and become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Group. Identify and implement improvements to the consolidation process to reduce reporting deadlines. Oversee the preparation of the consolidated Statutory Pack (financial statements) in compliance with IFRS. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for the board. Collaborate with Group Finance to finalize the Group consolidation and address audit queries. Partner with the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to reconcile Statutory reporting with Management Account reporting on a monthly basis. Work closely with Financial Controllers to consolidate the Group's monthly funding requirements. Prepare monthly Cash Funding presentations for the Group CFO and Treasury team. Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the Group. Liaise with external auditors and ensure full compliance with relevant financial regulations. Oversee audit preparations and address audit queries in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is essential. 3-5 years in a senior financial management role. Proven experience in group consolidations and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial controls. Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting ERP systems (preferably D365) and Excel (Power BI experience is an advantage). Experience with implementation of consolidation preferred, but not a requirement. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a remote finance team.
