is looking for a Conference and Events Manager who will help to plan, coordinate, and execute all conferences and events at Fountains Hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. The role involves liaising with clients, managing event logistics, and leading service teams to deliver high-quality hospitality services.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
Budgeting, cost control, revenue tracking, and profitability of events.
Measure actual revenue against forecasted revenue.
Client liaison, guest satisfaction, handling feedback and complaints.
Post-event survey rating.
Event planning, logistics, scheduling, compliance with standards
Staff supervision, training, scheduling, performance management
Investment in upskilling
Experience:
3 years in event coordination or hospitality operations
Education:
Matric
Diploma in Hospitality Management or Event Planning
