Exciting Opportunity for a Compliance Specialist!Are you passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional service to clients? We're seeking a talented individual to join my clientxe2x80x99s team in a key role focused on navigating regulatory requirements and providing expert guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including JSE listings requirements, securities regulations, Companies Act, and corporate governance standards.
• Advise clients on compliance matters and assist in regulatory filings as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all relevant activities and transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor on matters related to equity sponsorship.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Understand clients' needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the JSE and TRP where required.
• Address JSE and TRP inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to address JSE and TRP needs effectively.
• Develop and manage timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines by all involved parties.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Plan, organize, and execute projects according to defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Handle submissions to the JSE via platforms including SENS and Webstir.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of JSE-listed companies to evaluate their suitability for ongoing sponsorship, transactions, or corporate actions.
• Prepare presentations, pitch materials for clients and/or the JSE and TRP.
• Ensure client compliance with continuing obligations, transactions, and corporate actions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma or B-degree in law/finance/accounting/economics
• SDP certificate
