Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a

Compliance & Onboarding Manager

. Part of Acacium Group, our clinical care team work with over 80 NHS trusts to deliver a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services - all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.

About the Role




In this role, you will:

Lead the team to achieve targets, completing regular one-to-ones and performance management. Create new processes, ensuring they are being followed in line with our standards with support from our Clinical Governance team. Work collaboratively with the Mobilisation, Service Delivery and Workforce Engagement teams to ensure we're onboarding the appropriate volume of Nurses and Doctors to meet service requirements and growth of the business. Ensure team members are providing an exceptional service to our healthcare workers by conducting regular call coaching and identifying areas for improvement.

This is a role where your compliance knowledge and leadership skills will really make a difference.
