Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Compliance Officer to ensure our product meets all regulatory obligations under the FSCA and Prudential Authority. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance controls aligned with FAIS, FIC, and POPIA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain compliance framework and policies Liaise with FSCA and other regulatory bodies Monitor adherence to licensing conditions and fit-and-proper requirements Conduct compliance audits and submit regulatory returns

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:

Recognised Legal/Compliance qualification (e.g. LLB, BCom Law, or Compliance Management Certificate)

Registered Compliance Officer with FSCA

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in financial services compliance Working knowledge of FAIS Act, FIC Act, POPIA, and Short-Term Insurance Act
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R18000,00 per month
