Gross Salary Range: R40k to R45k commensurate to experience and qualification

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Grade 12 Certificate Diploma in Hotel or Housekeeping Management advantageous
REUIRED EXPERIENCE

3 to 4 years' experience in a 4 star full service environment in Housekeeping Management or Assistant Management Experience with Opera Property Management Software essential Experience with OMNI Facilities Management software advantageous Previous experience with management of bodies corporate and rental pool housekeeping Previous experience in managing a big team of around 80 staff Previous experience with managing discipline in the workplace Previous experience in departmental expense management including capital expenditure Extensive experience in stock/inventory management required Some previous procurement experience would be advantageous Previous customer engagement and response experience essential Previous laundry management experience essential
