N/Subs Cape Town Position availability for a Complaints manager within the Life / Long Insurance sector
The candidate needs to have the following experience:
- Grade 12
- Qualification in a related field is essential.
- Regulatory Examinations RE1 & RE5 essential.
- 3 years working experience in a long-term insurance
- Compliance and FAIS environment & resolving complaints.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supervising juniors
- Computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an advanced level.
- Fluent and proficient in English
