Kingdom Blue Funerals is currently seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced Company secretary to join our team and support our continued growth and governance excellence.
Job Summary
? Maintain company records.
? Take minutes in meetings, compile and send to respective departments.
? Prepare weekly and monthly departmental reports.
? Advise directors on outstanding issues that need urgent attention.
? Attend to company emails, check responses and advise relevant departments.
? Publish information on new decisions taken by directors to all employees.
? Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of communication within the company.
? Ensure the security of the company's confidential documents.
? Arrange and convene company meetings.
? E-filing of annual returns.
? Schedule bookings and make travel arrangements.
? Send reminders to managers on outstanding issues.
? Adhere to high ethical and professional standards.
? Liaise with external regulators and advisors such as lawyers and auditors.
? Facilitate the payment of dividends to shareholders.
? Manage contractual agreements with suppliers and customers.
? Any other duties assigned by superiors.
