Essence of the job:
To provide administrative support to the Group Company Secretary.
Qualification:
Grade 12.
National Diploma in Administration, Law, or a related field / a Three-year Bachelor's degree.
CGISA/LLB qualification or working towards such is advantageous.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative environment with a focus on governance or legal support.
Experience in a legal administrative environment is preferred.
Experience must include administrative support to Board or technical committees, meeting administration, and drafting.
Knowledge of governance frameworks (e.g., King IV), relevant legislation (e.g., Companies Act) and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act).
Knowledge of listing rules (LSE: AIM) advantageous.
