Community Coordinator - Cape TownWe are looking for a Community Manager to join our Marketing and Trade office and will develop and implement the social media content strategy across all platforms, facilitate community management, email marketing and support the Community Manager with content creation. The candidate will work closely with the Group Marketing and Trade Manager and Community Manager to bring these plans to life.RequirementsPassionate about social media and content creation.Demonstrated track record in managing social media accounts, including strategy development and content creation.An in-depth understanding of different social media channels, specifically Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok.Familiar with social publishing tools such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and photography/videography editing tools such as Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut, CapCut and/or InShot.ResponsibilitiesCreating and monitoring a wide variety of social media campaigns.Develop and implement content plans across all social media platforms, including scheduling and publishing daily content.Implement an integrated social media strategy that supports the companyxe2x80x99s marketing objectives.Respond to followersxe2x80x99 comments and questions across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.Assist in overseeing and producing creative and original content (copy, captions, images and video) for all social media platforms, whilst maintaining a consistent, high-quality brand image.Collaborating with influencers and content creators to enhance our brand's reach and engagement.Required SkillsSelf-motivated individual.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Show good teamwork abilities.Able to take initiative and willing to go the extra mile, delivering tasks to the best of their ability.Stay up to date with the latest social media updates, trends and collaborators.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:community coordinator: 3 years (Required)Application Deadline: 2023/12/01
