Requirements:
10+ years experience in community management, staff support, or a similar role
Proven track record in leading upliftment or wellbeing projects
Excellent communicator in both Afrikaans and English
Creative thinker, self-motivated, and passionate about people and wellness
Empathetic, inclusive, and positive outlook

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strategies for internal community engagement
Plan and coordinate wellbeing programs and mental health campaigns
Lead upliftment initiatives like volunteering, mentoring, and social impact events
Organise community events and support aftercare centre activities
Create campaigns to promote community and wellness programs
Track participation and feedback to improve initiatives
Report directly to the CEO
