Job Summary Requirements: Relevant 3-year degree/ diploma (NQF level 6 minimum), preferably in Public Relations, Communications and/or Journalism. Post-graduate degree (NQF level 8), MBA/MBL will be an advantage. 7 years' experience of which at least 2 years must be on management level. Experience in the ICT sector will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: Develop and implement internal and external PR and Stakeholder engagement strategy Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and provide counsel to leaders on crisis communication and reputational risk management. Ensure the development and monitoring of communications related metrics Develop leadership profiling, imaging plans and communication capabilities Drive product, brand, public relations and sponsorship strategy and initiatives. Manage third party communications relationships as required and act as the voice for in all media relations. Responsible to develop and maintain proactive media relations strategy to enhance relationships with local, national and trade news media. Coordinate, script, produce and publish all internal and external communications including reactive media campaigns e.g. press releases, articles
