Assist in compiling and responsible for executing an effective advertising and communications strategy that supports the overall marketing plan.
Develop effective advertising plans for regional and national radio, print media and other traditional platforms
Have a comprehensive working knowledge of social media and digital media
Be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of all ATL and BTL communication for both traditional and digital media.
Understand the fundamental principles of impactful creative design and effective messaging.
Effectively market the company to the desired target audience, ensuring the corporate identity, brand values, and brand language are upheld to create, maintain and promote a strong, recognizable brand.
Demonstrate excellent skills in analytical problem solving, critical thinking and decision making.
Be a self-starter to who work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
Essential pre-requisites:
Minimum five years experience in a similar role
Minimum three years Marketing / Advertising / Communications managerial experience
In-depth knowledge of brand management
Strategic business communication and copy writing skills
Comprehensive working knowledge of social & digital media and budget management skills
Proficiency in MS Office.
A three-year tertiary marketing qualification would be an advantage.
