Minimum Requirements
We would love to hear from you if you:
Hold a Degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Bring at least 5 years' experience in communications, ideally within an educational or similarly complex environment.
Are a persuasive and adaptable writer with strong editing and copywriting experience.
Thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple projects with calm efficiency.
Have a strong command of digital communication tools, content management systems, social media platforms, and visual storytelling.
Combine creativity with strategic thinking -- and aren't afraid to bring bold, well-considered ideas to the table.
Work easily and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, honouring diverse perspectives while upholding high standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
Included but not limited to:
Lead the school-wide communications strategy, ensuring a cohesive and distinctive brand voice.
Manage, create, and curate high-quality content for publications, newsletters, video scripts, the website, and all digital platforms.
Drive our social media presence with engaging, timely, and relevant content that builds community and enhances visibility.
Oversee editing, proofreading, and quality control to maintain accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with brand standards.
Conceptualise, develop, and deliver integrated marketing and communication campaigns that support the School's strategic priorities.
Provide communication support for school events, Advancement initiatives, and stakeholder engagement projects.
Collaborate with the Advancement team and cross-functional departments to ensure message alignment and exceptional project delivery.
* Manage timelines, processes, and workflow within the Advancement Office to ensure smooth execution of projects.
