Job description




Create, review, and optimize client-facing communications across WhatsApp, SMS, email, and call scripts Support sales and customer care teams with clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging Assist with the development of communication templates for B2B and B2C customer journeys Adapt messaging for different audiences, products, and service scenarios (including scheduling and support) Ensure tone, grammar, and messaging consistency across all communication channels Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Customer Care, and Marketing Update and maintain communication libraries, templates, and scripts Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements

Minimum requirements




National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 (required) Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field (advantageous) 1-3 years' experience in a copywriting, content writing, SEO, marketing, or communications role Strong writing skills with a focus on short-form, conversion-driven messaging Experience working with email, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar customer messaging channels Data-driven mindset with the ability to improve messaging based on performance Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities Exposure to sales and/or customer service environments (B2B and B2C) Confident, extroverted personality with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment * Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks
