Kendrick Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Commis Chef a boutique hotel based in Port Elizabeth. We are looking for a technically focused, task orientated person who can work at a high pace with great attention to detail. Qualifications/Experience
- Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts
- A passion for cooking
- Computer literate
- Experience in basic kitchen administration, food ordering and stock and cost control
- Proven ability to train and manage people
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
This is a live out position with a salary of R5,500 on offer - this position is perfect for a passionate and hardworking chef who is looking to gain experience in an established kitchen environment.
